  Stayed for about 12 days. Booked for check-out on August 3rd. -> On July 31st, the owner suddenly told us to take out the room on August 2nd, saying there were no rooms available due to a group of guests. I was so angry that I contacted Yanolja about a refund, and they said that only the amount paid for the reservation on August 2nd and 3rd could be refunded. (I’m angry at Yanolja’s response) I made a reservation in advance, so it was cheap, but other motels were already expensive two days before Friday, so I went to talk to the owner more, but the owner wasn't there, and the owner's son said he didn't have the authority to refund and told me to talk to the owner tomorrow. -> The next day, August 1st. I asked the boss for more money, and he told me to get it from Yanolja. Why am I giving you more? This is why we quarrel. The amount I was able to receive a refund from Yanolja was about 33,000 won. Judging by the counter listing 50,000 won per day for accommodation, only the owner benefits from the fact that group tourists will charge that much. I'm the only one who feels unfair because I was suddenly kicked out due to the boss' mistake. I'm studying at an interview academy, but I don't want to be stressed, so I get Shimaichim for an extra 10,000 won. If I were the boss, I would make free reservations at other nearby hotels and keep saying sorry. If you're going to do business like that, don't take reservations through the app. Why did you ask for more money and then put it on the app for a low price and then say something like this? As if I had done some kind favor. Even though I stayed there for 12 days, the attitude was very... I've been using Yanolja for years, but this is the first time I've had an experience like this.   The building is an older, older style building on a major street, and it seems to be a good value for money among accommodations near Peace Square. Don't expect much from the facilities, it's okay if you go. The more you look at the exterior, the more old-fashioned it looks.
