  Bossam is so delicious. It's a bit disappointing that it's expensive.

  The meat is absolutely delicious, soft and friendly. I packaged it to give to my grandmother, and it was even better because they cut it thinly on purpose. Bossam kimchi and dried radish were really delicious. I ordered 3 bowls of rice and was impressed to see soybean paste stew served with each bowl.
