  Hwaseong Namyang Wonnaengmyeon Cold noodles are very special I went there with doubts as it was on the second floor of a commercial building, which is difficult to call a place with good restaurants. It was a narrow store and there were quite a few people. There is nothing special about bibim naengmyeon, but the taste is just right. It is the standard for bibim naengmyeon, and mulnaengmyeon has a unique taste with a very strong meaty flavor. If you add a lot of vinegar, it will be diluted, but it was so strong that it wasn't unpleasant or memorable. I think it's a taste that's hard to taste anywhere, but overall, it's close to a taste that everyone will like. If it's not far away, I'll visit a cold noodle restaurant often.

  I tasted it last year and kept thinking about it, so I traveled a long distance from Seoul to eat naengmyeon. I usually don't go far, but... it was delicious, and if I happen to pass by nearby, I will definitely stop by again and try the cold noodle broth. I actually like Hamheung Naengmyeon.
