  Withdrawal at ATM very expensive. No possibility of withdrawing more than 600,000 won (5900 won fees), for 100,000 won 3600 won fees. If you are foreigners don't go there there is cheaper in Myeongdong or gangnam

  A point that is more unfriendly to students. I had a problem and they didn't handle it like it was a nuisance, so I went to the Gwanak-gu Office and took care of it.. That's just gutsy business.
