  Care is fine, but the one of the receptionists is very rude. When making a complaint you will just get told the usual excuse that they are "nervous" around foreigners and that you don't understand the culture. Ive lived here well over a decade most of that time working with Korean, have Korean family and speak and understand the language to an ok level. I fully know what she said and did was very rude. If you are a foreigner research further others have had similar experiences.
