  The two employees at the reception desk are talking behind patients' backs so that everyone waiting at the desk can hear them. I've seen that behavior several times. In particular, the receptionist who wears glasses has an attitude that seems to ignore the patient. The doctor treats the patients kindly, but it's really bad to see the staff behaving like that.
