The behavior was an attitude that lowered the meaning of the hospital. I was asked for my name 4 times and my resident number 2 or 3 times. There wasn't a patient waiting, I was the only one, and I didn't even say sorry. Even though I presented my resident registration card, I couldn't resist for a moment and said something. That kind of service attitude in the reception room, asking people to take turns. I don’t think so.
