  지하4층 유어카페 다이어트하기에 정말 좋아요. 맛도있고 샐러드는 신선하고 푸짐한데 가성비 갑이에요ㅋ

  강북권에 있는 헬스장 중 가장 괜찮은 곳이라고 추천할만 합니다. 지하2~5층까지 넓은 공간에 수영장 스쿼시장 헬스장 골프연습장까지 모두 있고 온탕냉탕 사우나까지 있는 목욕탕이 너무나 좋음. 오래되었지만 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다.

  Good gym with all the amenities. Probabaly thr gym with the best fascilities in Sinchon. They have weights, swimming, flying yoga, squash courts, swimming pool, spinning, group exercise, and even screen golf. It is more expensive than other gyms, but it is because they offer so much. It is also vert clean. The showers are large, but they do not have private showers. It is public, like a jjim jjil bang. They also have steam rooms, amd cold or hot pools in the shower rooms.

  I come here to play squash. First thing: the courts are not official size and tgere are only 2 courts. :(

  The most expensive gym in Sinchon provides nice services and amenities. It has five basic things to sign up for - fitness center, screen golf, pool, squash courts, (and to be honest I've forgotten the fifth) - sign up for any combination of those, and they'll be priced according to how many you choose. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and fairly new looking. I believe they did a big renewal sometime in the last year or two. Only loses points on price, which frankly is a bit high for a gym that's not 24 hours.
