::One of the best Grand Hyatt locations I've been to. The room is spacious with an amazing view. The location is fantastic, can walk to Itaewon and all the shops nearby, a very convenient bus picks up right outside the property. The hotel has a great gym with multiple classes offered, a hot tub, cold pool, and 3 different saunas. The lounge has a great breakfast and dinner snacks. Did not eat at the main hotel restaurants but the overall vibe of the place is great. It also smells amazing when you walk in!

::Stayed here for a night with my husband. We got in after midnight. Check-in desk was not very helpful when I asked what available food options there are at this time, they just responded that there are none. I am pregnant and just arrived from a over 20hr travel time from NY to Seoul. He did not even mentioned anything about room service. We ended up finding the room service menu when we got to the room. Area is not convenient and is situated on the hilltop. There are no nearby public bus or trains.

::I've stayed here three times at least, usually for more than a week. I have stayed at better and admittedly the Hyatt offers less perks for more price compared to other (equally if not nicer) hotels, but I typically stay here for the location. For me, it's pretty convenient. However, I'm pretty much done with this place after this stay for one reason: paper thin walls. This stay I've had neighbors and I can hear all of them *crystal* clear. Not exaggerating, frustratingly. From small kids screaming to casual conversations, to blinds opening/ closing and phone notifications chiming, and other less savory things. Couldn't even change my room; was told to just wait it out as I was staying longer than another guest. I don't mind regular hotel noise - the occasional loud slam of a dresser door, an unexplained thump or two, kids running through the hall with parents stage-whispering on their heels, or the muffled sound of uproarious laughter a room over. What I don't like is feeling like three people are in my room with me. TL;DR: If you value privacy/ quiet, to any degree, don't stay here. If you have neighbors, it's not happening. And know others will hear everything you're up to as well.

::This is a first class hotel with first class service. The "Club Lounge" is a converted Italian restaurant in the lower lobby with great breakfast and supper buffets at no additional cost to Club Floor clients. The gym, which is well equipped with weights and machines, is open 24 hours a day (good for jet lag workouts. The main foreigner shopping and entertainment district is a 20 minute walk down the hill. A taxi to downtown is less than $10. Highly recommended for personal and business travel.

::Really easy to park your car, considering its location. Staffs are very friendly. Comfortable and spacious seats. Live piano and violin at dinner time, playing beautiful music while you can enjoy delicious foods and awesome view of Han river. You'd better choose dessert menus instead of sandwiches. In some aspect, it may looks very casual place, but in the other point of view, you can say its quite moody.
