::Had green tea latte and the beer set at the top of Namsan tower on 7 May 2018 at around 6.45pm. Food was good, view was great. Service was terrible. Waitress on duty was impatient when serving us when we didn’t understand the ongoing promotion. Kept asking us what beer we wanted when she was actually asking about which set we wanted and was angry when we asked for further clarification. Ordered the jalapeno steak at first but changed to the chilli sausage as my mum doesn’t take beef. Receipt was in Korean so we were unable to clarify if we ordered the right thing. When we were served the wrong food she insisted that I ordered the steak. When I reiterated the situation from before she rolled her eyes at me and stared at me when I came to collect my food after. Totally spoiled my experience here.
