::Room is ok for us. Service, by far the worst one I had experienced in Seoul through the years (we travelled to Seoul quite many time). I usually don't post negative reviews but the experience left such a sour taste in my mouth that I had to. We checked out from previous hotel lotte hotel to this hotel as we are planning to stay in the same Hotel as my group of friends for the last two night in our trip. First time to this hotel, upon arrival I was expecting staff helping or carrying our luggages as we usually experienced this service with other hotel. Not at all, saw one staff walking towards I thought he was coming to give a hand but he walked pass to do valet parking. I was alone with two kids and luggages. After checked in, front desk passed all the luggages to me instead offering sending to my room. I then Carried luggages with the help of my kids. After check out, same things no one helped out with the luggages. No staff greet on the arrival or departure. For 5star and same rate I had with other hotel, I don’t feel appreciated, no smile from the staffs to their guests compare to the warmth and service I’ve gotten from Lotte hotel which I’ve also stayed during my trip in Seoul. Once is enough and never again.

::We had a wonderful 2 week stay in the hotel! After reading some of the poor reviews about the AC being controlled centrally we were a bit concerned but I'm pleased to report this wasn't the case for us. We were able to turn the AC on and off as we pleased. The room itself was clean with comfortable beds. We were so impressed that our rooms were serviced even after leaving the room after 2pm several days. The hotel is conveniently located less than 5 min walk to Dongguk University Station and given how well the subway stations are connected in South Korea, it's easy to get around. Extra bonus is an affordable self-service laundromat just around the corner. I will mention that the nice outdoor pool and spa cost extra to use but we were able to enjoy it for free on the first Wednesday of the month when the indoor pool is under maintenance. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Seoul!

::Great luxurious hotel. Rooms spacious, upscale design, very calm and all you need for a long stay. Breakfast on good standard but no real excitement giving a 5 star rating. Gym in the basement is more then you will ever need in a hotel. Was disappointed that additional charges have to be paid for the Outdoor Pool and Sauna. Area is not too exciting to stay - not a lot of options for food in the proximity.

::Fantastic hotel, a few things could be improved but on the whole we loved it. I'd recommend taking a room with club lounge access, and paying a bit extra to experience the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Finally, a big shout to Olivia on the front desk - she is an amazing professional, and we appreciated her kind and helpful advice (I think a promotion is in order). Highly recommended!

::I liked the hotel very much. It was professional. The seafood chef's meals were very successful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV and internet were good. The view was beautiful. I liked the breakfast very much. There were enough varieties to appeal to everyone and it was delicious. The location was good. It was close to the metro and bus stops. There is a very nice park within walking distance. It is safe at night. I wish I could come again.
