::The hospital is just terrible! The service is terrible! The child was sick, coughed a lot and stood rubbing her red eyes, and there were 2 girls who insisted that people who don’t understand Korean even a little bit aren’t allowed to go to the doctor! They say tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, come when you find a translator! I always went to hospitals with my child and understood everything perfectly well and said that it hurt! And today she even gave me a test, asking me all sorts of unnecessary questions in a row and quickly! But I answered all the questions, such as about the temperature, how long she had been sick and whether she took other medications, etc.. since I often go to the hospital on my own with the child, until she said something completely incomprehensible and I’m sure that’s completely off topic ! The child has had a cough for the 2nd month, and there is a stye on the eye and that’s it! All I needed was medicine! But in Korea they don’t give medicine without a doctor’s prescription! In general, I concluded that in this hospital in the children's department there are non-humans working! I don’t know what kind of doctor there is, because they didn’t even let us see the doctor!

::Perhaps because it is a designated coronavirus hospital, there are no people and it is quiet and clean. The staff are incredibly friendly. I went to the radiology department and the physical therapy department, and everyone was so kind that it made me feel better about the pain I was feeling. There is no over-treatment and the prices are cheap for a large hospital.

::As a Corona base hospital, it is a good hospital with the latest facilities, except that it has become a little difficult to receive general treatment.

::It was newly built with state-of-the-art facilities. It is a facility comparable to that of a university hospital.

::It is the only general hospital with an emergency room in Anseong City, but its facilities are very outdated. Of course, there is a high possibility that the thirst for facilities will be quenched as the new building will be relocated soon, but the level of the system and the level of medical personnel are relatively low. Here, medical personnel does not mean doctors, but nurses and administrative staff. Doctors are upwardly qualified personnel who enter medical school at any hospital, graduate from medical school, undergo difficult training, and obtain a specialist license. There may be differences in the friendliness of the service, but there is no significant difference in quality whether in the city or the countryside. However... when you talk to nurses or administrative staff, the limitations of being a public hospital with a public nature are really revealed. As a simple example, there is no concept of aseptic operation. The urine test bag of a child suspected of having a urethral infection is curled up, so when you have to open it, say 'hook!' with your mouth. Something like blowing and flattening. But it's not a problem. No one points out anything. Because the general public doesn't know much. Now that we have moved to a new building, the facilities will be improved, but I hope that we will become good friends for local residents who strive to provide medical services of a level appropriate for the new facility.
