::Business hours here are 9 am to 6 pm. Business hours and clinic hours are different. I went there and waited at 9 o'clock on Saturday. Registration was accepted from 9 o'clock, but no one went into the treatment room, so I thought it was strange. I watched and watched the patient's name after 9:30. On weekdays, the clinic closes at 4 or 4:30. Even if you go at 5 o'clock and there's no one there, they don't answer at all because the treatment is closed. If that's the case, change the treatment time to 4:30. Don't let it go in vain. One of the female receptionists was very unfriendly. Everyone was checking the clinic hours over the phone, but they were shocked and said they had only read the information on the internet.

::I don't think the hospital is a place to go to get services, but the unfriendliness is so extreme that I feel bad and angry. When speaking person-to-person outside of a hospital, basic courtesy must be observed. Talk about your symptoms and ask, 'Do I even need surgery?' I asked once As soon as you hear that, if you shout out that you need to get an MRI and a detailed examination to know things like that and tell me to get out... I have nothing more to say.

::Waited patiently over an hour then front desk lady shouts out to us, doctor won’t be seeing you all for a while. I Asked how long did they think? maybe an hour. Are you kidding me, why not tell us before. Saw 2 ladies before me leave. Should have left then. They were there before me for a long time too. Is it that hard to inform patients how long it will take to be seen? This is not first time I had issues with the front desk lady on 2nd floor with her rudeness. She screams at the patient asking for their names using 반말 (이름) and speaking to you in commanding form making you feel worse then you came in. We do not need to be treated unkindly, people are sick and not feeling well, you could be nicer. Her rudeness and harsh speaking alone makes your first moment in the hospital a burden and negative energy, makes you feel Worst then you first came. The worst hospital service. Never going back.
