::When you turn on the air conditioner, you will be surprised!! Mold is awesome!! Only the bathroom was remodeled! (the rest is very old) I got the biggest room with a mini pool, but they told me it wasn't allowed in the fall! (There was no notice that it couldn't be used) It looks really good from the outside!!

::The exterior is pretty, but the interior is as old as the reviews say. It's a duplex structure with a bed on the second floor... but it's too hot... the cold air from the air conditioner doesn't go up... I went in August and it was so hot that I slept on the first floor.
