  When you turn on the air conditioner, you will be surprised!! Mold is awesome!! Only the bathroom was remodeled! (the rest is very old) I got the biggest room with a mini pool, but they told me it wasn't allowed in the fall! (There was no notice that it couldn't be used) It looks really good from the outside!!

  The exterior is pretty, but the interior is as old as the reviews say. It's a duplex structure with a bed on the second floor... but it's too hot... the cold air from the air conditioner doesn't go up... I went in August and it was so hot that I slept on the first floor.
