Diverse selection of classes all offered in English. Great for expats or even vacationers!

This is a really great gym to get involved in. The membership prices are competitive and totally worth it. The classes are varied and instruction is given in English. It's more like joining a family. The instructors quickly learn your name and are very encouraging. I recommend Fight Fit classes if you really want to sweat!

Full disclosure: I work here. Having worked in a few gyms before I can safely say this place is different. The family vibe, the English instruction, and the general camaraderie set it apart from your local "health center". If you're bored of running and lifting and want to see some real fitness progress stop by and give us a try.

Came here to train for 11 days. Tried a few different classes, mainly Muay Thai and their FightFit (circle training/HIT). Most people were beginners or intermediate. Some good fighters. There was no pressure to spar or fight. Everyone was welcome and was allowed to evolve at their own pace. Classes were thus split into different groups and people could decide what set of skills they wanted to develop themselves. Trainers were great at supporting you. They didn't push the people who didn't wanna get pushed, but they supported those who wanted to work extra hard. Critique was constructive and never feelt negative. Mixed group of regulars and newcomers. Feelt really welcome. All trainers spoke perfect english, most of them were americans and had professional fighting experience. All of them were very humble and strike you as good people. Lost 3 kg (6.6 pounds) in 11 days. In conclusion. Great place to train if you just want to get fit or if you want to start with martial arts and just feel good about it. Not the best place to train if you're looking to be more competitive as a pro fighter.
