    When I first came to Korea I knew I wanted to lose about 20kgs but I never thought I would actually get there and love the process. I have been seeing Brian for about 4 months now and am almost at my dream weight. I feel so much healthier and happier. I feel like I am able to do all the things I didn’t let myself do because of my weight. Brian really focuses on my personal goals and how to realistically fit a plan into my everyday life. I have lost weight and maintained it happily which is something I’ve never been able to do before. Thank you Brian!! ^^

    I just completed a 12 week personal training program with Pedro at FitClub Seoul. I went from 20% body fat to less than 14% while maintaining the same weight. It was a surprising body transformation experience. Their are two things that set Pedro apart and make him an exceptional trainer. First, his knowledge of technique and nutrition is both vast and diverse. This allows him to tailor a program exactly to your goals that will maximize your results with incredible efficiency. Second is his attention to detail. Not only will he focus intently on your technique and form during exercise in order to prevent injury, he will also engage with you outside of the gym to train you and keep you accountable in your diet, supplements, and sleep habits. FitClub Seoul is a great gym with clean and modern equipment designed for one on one training. I highly recommend you check it out and specifically ask for Pedro as your trainer…. prepare to work and prepare to learn nutrition and exercise habits tailored for you that you can realistically sustain for the rest of your life.

    I've been training with Brian for about 4 months now. This is the first time I am doing weights or any kind of resistance training. I am surprised at how much I am enjoying myself and what a difference it has made to me. My outlook to fitness has changed completely - I am eating healthier than I ever have (and enjoying it) and am at my strongest in terms of strength and stamina. It is all thanks to Brian - he is a really good trainer. He pushes me to do things I don't think I can do but at the same time ensures that I don't overdo anything or injure myself. He brings in variations to keep it fun and engaging. And he is extremely patient which was very important for a beginner like me.

    I trained 2 years at FitClub Seoul and I am very pleased with the quality of the services provided. It is very difficult to find knowledgeable trainers anywhere, but even more so in Seoul. I currently train with Pedro, who has a deep understanding of the mechanic of the body, vast experiences as a trainer, and has helped me overcome problems and weaknesses I had struggled with for many years, even though I have seen many professionals/doctors/trainers etc. I highly recommend the services of Pedro if you are struggling with an injury, want a better posture (I am happy to report I gained back a few centimeters), want to improve your performance in a specific sport (i am actually training to improve my performance in figure skating and I am also happy to report major improvements) or any specific training goal. Pedro is passionate, motivated, smart and knowledgeable and I guarantee he will help you reach your goals fast and safely.

    I have attended Fit Club's group classes for several months, and they have been some of the best classes I have taken. It's a welcoming environment, and the instructor, Pedro, is incredibly knowledgeable. He makes sure every participant knows how to perform each exercise properly, and truly considers any physical ailments that you might have. I have some knee issues, but through Fit Club and Pedro's instruction, I have been able to do exercises that I no longer thought were possible. If you want to get fit (and not cause or worsen injury), Fit Club is the place!
