  It's really bad. I understand that the current situation is difficult and difficult, but my mother, who is not well, visited me overseas to send a package to me. They don't answer questions properly, and of course they ignore people. The service is really the worst. When I was in Korea for a short time, I had to go to the post office and it was really bad, and I'm angry that they did that to my mom, not me. The facility that I am trying to use most conveniently and closest to my house is causing me real inconvenience. Google reviews in Korea are not as developed as in other countries, but I am so angry that I am posting this. I'm planning to write a complaint on the post office website as well. It's too wasteful to give even one star. It's really bad.
