  It's really bad. I understand that the current situation is difficult and difficult, but my mother, who is not well, visited me overseas to send a package to me. They don't answer questions properly, and of course they ignore people. The service is really the worst. When I was in Korea for a short time, I had to go to the post office and it was really bad, and I'm angry that they did that to my mom, not me. Google reviews in Korea are not as developed as in other countries, but I am so angry that I am posting this. I'm planning to write a complaint on the post office website as well. It's too wasteful to give even one star. It's really bad.
