::I went there a few weeks ago to get a prescription for a refill of my medication. Unfortunately they couldn't prescribe me the medicine because, as I understood, it is a "second-degree hospital" and I need to go to a university hospital. Anyway except for that I was very happy with the service of the hospital! Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful, the nurses tried to speak english with me, since my korean is not so good, they had a translator to help me having a conversation with the doctor and I even got a referral letter and contact information for other hospitals. I really recommend this hospital. Thank you again.

::Did not get correct information on Covid protocols or whether Americans are provided medication. Didn’t need to come in if provided correct information. Paid out unnecessary charges. Only Korean Nationals get antiviral

::The staffs are very helpful and respectful. Angela , Ann, Chris and Sunny there very hard working staff. Specially Angela. Thank you guys very much for helping us me and my husband while we was there for almost 2 years in Korea.

::The doctor's are good here, but the staff are just amazing! They book appointments so fast. Their English and translation skills are nearly perfect. I have had horrible experiences with a different hospital, "Kyongpook University Hospital". But Daegu Fatima Hospital has always helped me out when I was in pain and needed help fast. Thank you so much to Sunny and the other medical assistants here. You guys are great!

::I have been going to Fatima and also using the international clinic for 2 years now. Everyone in the international clinic are always so kind and helpful. I have never had a problem making an appointment for me or my children in the correct department and we always have a translator. From my experience, there is nothing bad I can say!
