::Large rooms. Compared to other hotels in Korea this lacked the sophisticated toilets, bathroom taps were offset. Room felt dated. However it had a nice kettle and tea set along with water, decent bed and desk. Staff were impeccable and very helpful. The shuttle bus they put on is great too. Breakfast can be a bit busy, you have to reserve a time slot even if prepaid.

::My favourite part of the hotel is the buffet, especially for dinner, most generous and beautiful spread. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a convenient to and from shuttle from there. It has two wings, attached by a bridge, very nice pools and a lovely gym and spa. It's very quiet, only issue is the rooms seem a bit dated, but clean.

::As a guest traveling with a 9-month-old baby, the service I received was shockingly poor and fell far below the standard I expect from a brand like Hyatt. Upon arrival, I was checked in at the East Tower, only to be told that my room was in the West Tower. Not a single staff member offered to help with my luggage, despite the obvious challenge of managing multiple bags and an infant. This complete lack of support was not just inconvenient; it was a clear failure of basic customer service. To make matters worse, the breakfast experience was downright insulting. With a 7:00 AM shuttle to catch, I went to the restaurant around 6:45 AM to quickly grab a few pastries, as breakfast was included in my stay. Instead of being treated with understanding, I was monitored by multiple staff members to ensure I didn’t take any food outside the restaurant. The strict enforcement of the no take-away policy, even under these circumstances, was unreasonable and felt as though your staff were treating me like a thief. It is absurd that no exceptions could be made for a parent with an infant who was clearly in a rush. The lack of basic hospitality and rigid adherence to policies at this hotel are completely unacceptable. As a paying guest, I expect a level of service that accommodates the needs of all guests, especially families. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated, and I urge you to seriously reconsider the way you approach customer service and family-friendly policies at your property.

::We spend one night in Hyatt along our trip and had an amazing experience. Apart from clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, what we loved was the restaurant. The quality of food was quite good and the breakfast was amazing, a lot of options for different tastes and diets, we were really impressed by the quality of the bakery. Absolutely recommend if you need to stay somewhere near the airport. The transfer from the terminal and back was also easy with the shuttle bus coming regularly.

::Great place to stay overnight before our flight back to the states. It is right by the airport and has shuttle services for easy transportation to/from the hotel. Rooms were spacious and the hotel is massive. There is a west and east tower, so you may want to book based on comfort level of walking. West tower is their main hub for checking in/out and is the pickup/drop-off if using shuttle services. There are a total of 3 pools. The center pool is where we took the kids to swim. Make sure you pick up towels at the reception desk near the pool (swim caps are also available for purchase here as they are required to wear depending on age). They have food options within the hotel for convenience. There is also a Korean BBQ restaurant within walking distance nearby that is a must try if you have time! Note, the hotels near the airport have limited options off-site to venture off on. There is a Paradise City Plaza nearby that we walked to. It was very spacious with food options and young children activities.
