  Perfect transit hotel. Very nice English speaking check in (although you can check in via a kiosk) Many convenience stores nearby including connected to lobby. Airport shuttle runs frequently. Recommend checking out “cinder bar” next door if you’re looking for a fun drink to pass time. Also loaned me an adapter to use my North American devices with Korean power plugs. Nice touch.

  I stayed here during a long layover on my way back home to the US from Taiwan. It was a great location, fairly easy to find from the bus stop (about 5 minutes walk beyond the Grand Hyatt). The views were great, could see planes coming in and taking off, and a bit of the Incheon skyline. My room was very cozy as well. The only issue I had was that I couldn't get the check-out kiosk to work in the morning, and there was no one to ask for help like there had been the night before. There is a CU very close by, so any convenience store needs are easy to get.

  Location is near airport . If you came very late you could stay here for low price and not waste money in the central Seoul . Rooms are average but there’s no good ac . There’s convenience store .

  The receptionist was very friendly and really went out of his way to help me find my cell phone, which I had lost in transfer. His personal way of supporting me in this frustrating situation – by translating, making phone calls and sharing local information – was really exceptional. Thanks to him, I got my phone back. Thank you!

  This is a pretty good place to stay in a pinch. I came in on a rebooked flight and all the hotels around were booked up. I ended up here and didn't have any issues. The back entrance to the CU is in the lobby too which is very convenient.
