::I had a back surgery that went well, but even though they say it was integrated care, it wasn't like that at all. There were so many patients and so few caregivers, so the patient's discomfort was indescribable.

::I took my mom there a few times because she had a bad back. The doctor explained things in an easy-to-understand way, and for some reason, I trusted her. It was room number 6.

::Completely unfriendly. As soon as I entered, they told me to just get an injection and leave without any explanation. I was asking questions, but they gave me the impression that they had said all they had to say, and called a nurse to tell me to leave... This is the first time in my life I've ever been to such an unfriendly hospital... They didn't even give me an explanation and just gave me an impression... I thought for a long time about what I did wrong at the hospital (for reference, there was less than 5 minutes of consultation, and literally all they told me was to get an injection and go away without any explanation). I will never go to this hospital again.
Moon Min
::There is a violation of women's human rights... When you go down to the basement to get an (I couldn't not hear it that way), and when I changed and came out to the lobby, I was asked to sit down with other people and wait. The clothes they gave me to change into were so loose that my bare chest was visible from the outside. Grandpas and uncles keep sitting in the lobby and staring at the young women coming out after changing. I thought there were hospitals like this in the world these days.

::I am only skilled in surgery. Even though I was in the hospital room after the surgery, they didn't take care of me well (the nurses weren't very good...).
