  2019.2.19 Tuesday Surprisingly, there are no dermatologists near Shinsegae Department Store in Gwangcheon-dong, Gwangju. Even though it was just a mole removal, it was for my face so I went to see a specialist. Before I went, I called to ask about the cost and they said it was 10,000 won for mole removal and 10,000 won for flat warts. (Because the hospital name itself includes dermatology, it is a specialist) There is no reservation system. But normally, people like a specialist even if it is expensive. But when I arrived here, the feeling was strong. First of all, there was only one person waiting. After registering, I immediately went to the second treatment room and consulted with the director. When I entered, he quickly put down his phone. He looked young. I was applying anesthetic cream and it was 20 minutes, so I was putting it on, and they said on the phone that the flat wart was worth 10,000 won, but then suddenly they said 20,000 won.. I thought it was 10,000 won and said I wouldn't do it today, so I wiped off the numbing cream, touched it, and said they would just do three for 30,000 won. So I decided to do it again. I reapply the cream and wait, but the strong feeling does not go away. There are too few customers, and three nurses are sitting at the reception desk, watching TV and laughing. So I asked if he was a dermatologist and he said yes. When I searched for a specialist in the Korean Dermatological Association, Director Jang Heung-sik came up. So, I was about to sit back down on the sofa, but the manager suddenly approached me and said that he wasn't there right now. The doctor I have now is not a specialist, but a pay doctor. The director is coming on Wednesday. I put up a sign saying I was a dermatologist, but people asked me why there was no specialist. The director said there is no problem because the representative director is the director of the dermatology clinic. I asked why I didn’t see the name on the business card. It was ridiculous. And he asked me if I didn't know that it was divided into treatment room 1 and treatment room 2. Why should I know that? LOL When I tried to leave, he said the treatment fee was 5,000 won. I begged for it with a light in my eyes, so I gave it to him thinking I was paying for it. But when I looked at my bankbook, I saw that 5,000 won had been scratched twice and there was 5,000 won in it? Why don't you tell people about mistakes like this to your face? If you come back on Wednesday, they will give you a discount equal to the amount you saved. Am I crazy? Let’s go there again. Because of this, a normal hospital is being questioned and the doctor’s face is being tarnished.
