::You are kind. Even if you visit for lunch on a weekday, there is no one there.

::It's disrespectful how slow they are with their business and a waste of a whole day.

::Terrible service. This bank opens its doors to foreigners every weekend but they still don’t know how to count to 50. They need to be clear and tell people that after the first 50 people, everyone else should not waste their time waiting in the cold for hours. It’s not a communication barrier. It’s basic human decency. Tell people before they waste their time waiting in the freezing cold. The website says their service opens at 9am but the employees were dragging their feet and opening up the doors at 9:47am. We were there as early as 7am, because we wanted to be as early as possible for the long line. There is an old man who walks around being rude to everyone and he stood there laughing around with the employees while we were all freezing for hours. He saw that there were more than 50 people all waiting in the cold but he didn’t say anything and just let us waste our time freezing, only to be turned away at the door. We finally got to the door, then we were told that only 50 people can be allowed in and we must all go home. There are no manners or basic human decency at this branch. They let foreigners freeze outside for two to three hours, only to tell us at the door that only 50 people will be let in. You can definitely find better service than this.

::I am a tourist, I was passing through this city and needed to stop at the bank. Found it not far from the station. I came to the bank and waited in line for 2 hours; each client was served for 20-30 minutes. The service is very bad, a lot of people are rude. The employees of this bank treat their customers very poorly. To receive money via Western Union, you require not only a passport but also an ID card from your country. This bank left a bad impression.

::You can do banking on Sundays, especially for foreigners
