  worst bank in korea I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for a simple currency exchange today. Today, the maximum number of people waiting was over 40 people. Are the customers nice? I wonder if the bank is crazy... Maybe it's because they're used to complaints, but it's even more surprising that no one has any complaints.
