  The staff couldn't speak fluent English. It's kinda weird because a lot of foreigners living in the area. But don't worry, they will guide you with the translator and help you. The staff is friendly.

  It takes more than 2 hours every time I go. The processing speed is so fast that I cannot open a bank account. More than 30 minutes, almost like a consultation, with the complainant I wish the bank president would pay more attention to this point of not thinking about other people's time while talking. The number of people processed per day is truly heartbreaking.
