::worst bank in korea I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for a simple currency exchange today. Today, the maximum number of people waiting was over 40 people. Are the customers nice? I wonder if the bank is crazy... Maybe it's because they're used to complaints, but it's even more surprising that no one has any complaints. What is more pitiful than the customers are the bank employees. Even during lunch time, I am preoccupied with work. This is a really crazy bank. They don't mind making customers wait for over an hour... they take it for granted. Is it really Korea in 2023? If work gets delayed like that Give me one more branch So itβs not Hana Bank?
