::Fantastic customer service, especially from the check in / evening staff, they really go out of their way to make you welcome. Not always easy as a foreigner when travelling but this hotel feels like a home away from home. For anyone visiting Everland or Caribbean Bay this hotel is located very close, plus offers an excellent (free) shuttle service for guests. Breakfast buffet is a good fare, dinner options more limited but still tasty. Small grocery shop on-site is a bonus. I'd recommend for foreigners and locals alike to stay here!

::Book the family duplex for two nights in winter. They have the warmest staff around, always ready to provide suggestions and stepping up to make you feel comfortable. Rooms generally clean and well maintained but some small areas are showing their age after 6 years of operation, though there’s nothing that I can’t live with. Still giving 5 stars because the concierge staff always kept going the extra mile. They also have a free shuttle service to Everland which was really helpful. A female front desk staffer proficient in Mandarin even followed the driver to look for us as they were worried we couldn’t find the shuttle. as she
