::Stayed for 2 nights in December, almost got extra charged but sorted it out in the end. Room was pretty cozy but jacuzzi was pretty dirty ( The water had a lot of black specks after turning on the jacuzzi function) and the water runs slow. They didn't provide enough big towels and gave lot of useless small towels. Fridge was also dirty. The toilet also had quite a lot of condensation, cold water kept dripping from the ceiling while I was in the bath. They had a huge TV which was really nice. Location is alright but wouldn't recommended in winter as the hotel is located in the middle and the only entrance is at the back. Which was quite a difference walking a few more mins in the utterly cold nights.

::Disrespectful and rude. Over charged us due to us being American and at the present time Q hotel is the only hotel close to Everland due to the other two hotels being quarantine hotels. The room looked like somebody was staying in it before we got there. The bathroom lights didn’t work and had what looked like mold. Only good thing about this hotel is that it’s less than 10 mins away from Everland Theme park.

::It was clean, neat and the staff were friendly. It is not luxurious, but it met our needs and we had a pleasant stay. We had a family room to sleep 4 people but they were accomodated our request for a fifth family member and provided a floor bed at a small additional cost. Overall we felt good about our choice of hotel. Also it's quite close to Everland.

::I booked a room at this hotel 3 hours after finding out about a nearby music festival I wanted to attend. My booking was confirmed. Two weeks later, I received a message (via the online booking agency I used) from the hotel saying I needed to cancel my room since they'd overbooked. I told them I could not. I called them, spoke with someone (in English) and they said they would try to work with me. Fast forward 4 more weeks after speaking with them (in English) on the phone two more times and I find they cancelled my booking with no further warning. When I called they simply said, " We don't speak English," and hung up on me. I contacted the booking agency I used to book the hotel. They told me the hotel had prioritized local bookings versus international ones. So, even though I booked within hours of finding out about the festival location because I wasn't Korean, they cancelled my reservation. So if you're a foreigner, don't expect hospitality from them, stay somewhere else.

::It's a little bit overpriced because it's near a theme park. The place is clean. The beds are soft, but the head of the bed seems lower than the foot. The comforters are a bit old and frumpy. On the plus side the refrigerator was a nice size with a freezer. The downside, the computer in the room was not working. The staff was friendly and all in all a nice experience.
