::The receptionists were kind. Rooms size was bigger than the hotels in Seoul. The location is not far from Sujin Station. Breakfast was English style, not Korean menu. We enjoyed it as breakfast. I'd like to use here next time.

::Being a foreigner, I never felt so marginalized. The staff were very discriminative despite the changes of the policy for hotels. This however should apply to tourists as stated on the government website. They were demanding for a passport despite my stay being only 4 hours and this policy should not apply to me. The staff were still heavy handed in wanting some form of ID from me and not for my wife. Despite this, I reculantly gave the ID after then realising this policy should not apply to f6 foreign visa. After researching that this should not have happened, all the staff members said they needed to do this ""because I'm a foreigner." And didn't inquire whether I was a tourist or not. I feel because I am a foreigner, that rules applied to me very differently as there was a sense of discrimination towards myself. Advice: if your hotel has a new policy, you NEED to train your staff on how to handle this. Whether it be government or company policy. A lack of empathy from your staff will drive customers away. This is a real shame because the hotel itself is nice but the staffs over zealous handling of "foreigners" makes me reluctant to go back.
