  It was introduced on a Japanese program. Even though I handed in my accommodation reservation form in the morning, the room wasn't ready and I had to wait in an occupied room. In the room I was given, the washing machine was making noise all night long, so I couldn't sleep and the manager wasn't there, so there was nothing I could do.
