  Very clean place. Good value. Room larger than expected. Provides cell phone for the days you are here. You can use to navigate or call people restaurants, etc or people back in the States. Staff very accommodating. Very helpful. I would recommend and come back to this place. Everything is is technologically advanced and the hotel caters very much to the tourists! Great location.

  One of the best parts of this hotel is how great the location is in that you are so close to everything exciting in Seoul. The attendants speak English and are helpful. However, the tips they provide seem to lack a personal touch that makes their guests feel special. This hotel has a coin laundry, gym, starbucks, two convenience stores, and business macs in the lobby of each floor. The lobby is on the 9th floor and is kinda out of the way. The rooms are snug, but lack elbow room to move around the full sized bed which is right below your AC (so needed in summer). They provide a rental phone, but it is limited in use and data. I'd pick up a prepaid LTE simcard from SKT or KT. The subway is right around the corner which can take you all over Seoul for the price of $1.85 and $.50 is refunded back after you use the card. Lotte department store, namsan cable cars, street food, shopping centers and coffee shops are abdundant in this area. Lovely place overall, but the location makes it amazing. Would recommend to friends.

  Comfortable accommodations, two bottles of water per day, breakfast included, free lianed large umbrellas, coin operated laundry. Starbucks and seven eleven connected to the lobby. attached

  Best hotel. Family room with 3 queen beds fit my family of 5 perfectly. They provide portable mobile which we can call some country for free. Very central location, close to subway and Myeondong Market. Staffs very accommodating. Breakfast was good, menu changed everyday.

  We were more than impressed with metro hotel. It is right in the heart of the action in Myeongdong and the amenities are excellent. Laundry, breakfast, massage chair, Starbucks and 7-eleven downstairs. Couldn't ask for more!
