  It's a budae stew without kimchi, which seems to be a drawback. The hams don't seem to have a very high-quality taste, and there are a lot of green onions and onions in them.   This is a place I happened to stop by on my way back from a business trip to Siheung. It is 2-3 minutes away from Jeongwang Station, so accessibility is excellent. Most stews in Korea do not serve one person, so I was going to eat pork cutlet when I couldn't order, but they said it was possible for one person, so I happily ordered it with the saree included. There was so much rice and stew that it was hard to believe that he was eating alone. What’s interesting is that you filed an invention patent for budae stew without kimchi. When I thought about the spicy taste, I wondered if there was kimchi in it, but the spicy taste was made with green onions and chopped seasoning, so it had a clean taste, so my mouth didn't feel greasy after the meal, so it was really nice. It tasted greasy and lacked seasoning, so I felt nauseous after eating it. If I stop by Siheung, I want to try it with a glass of soju next time. This was a review of a great budae jjigae restaurant that I came across by chance!
