::ETA 2024: Used to be a great hotel but now seems to decide level of service based on whoโs staying. Room was constantly 26C or more despite begging that they turn on the AC but they could only say itโs cold outside so no AC. Had trouble sleeping it was so hot most nights. Funny thing is when the hotel was overrun with bus loads of old folks those days the AC worked? Also, restaurant is buffet only now and at $70-$90 itโs just not worth it by a mile. 20y of staying here but I will be looking around for alternative accommodation on my next trip. Great hotel. Recently renovated but consistently good for over 12y now in my experience.

::ZERO STAR The hotel is ok, but the staff is too stuck to the rules... They didn't even give us a minute early check in... And we know for sure that the rooms were available... Zero client service oriented... Zero friendly welcome The expired frozen pizza I have in my freezer is more welcoming than the hotel crew...very disappointing

::Dirty room, dark room, half of light doesn't work, breakfast not very nice (even rice is not good), not nice staff, very far from lively neighbour. They show nice pictures of swimming pool but you can't swim. In synthesis, looks good but no point to come.

::Hotel Nongshim was a pleasant surprise for me. From its sheer size to its facilities, I don't have much to critique on. The front desk was really helpful and kind. I took an elevator up to my room and was pleased by the size of the room and the fully stocked fridge. The bed was so comfortable and the TV was big with many channels. The bathroom was also spacious and I really enjoyed taking a bath in the comfy tub. All expected amenities were available and the hotel was also close to restaurants and bars, if you're looking for a drink. I wasn't able to visit the spa - which I regret as I'd heard great things about it.

::This hotel is the kind of slightly outdated one, the rooms are clean, you get a good bed, a traditional living room (knee on the floor) and some wood furniture. The room is equipped with a TV with some Korean, Chinese, Japanese and English channels. You also have AC and a small fridge. In the bathroom, you find a toilet (washlet style) and a bathtub with a shower (good pressure/temperature). The crown of the jewel in this hotel is the spa, it's a big spa with various kind of baths. There's also a traditional Korean sauna. Nearby you will have access to various shops and metro line 1. The hotel also provides various restaurant and two bars (didn't try any).
