  The hotel offers a convenient location for Seoul city tours. However, the building's outdated condition is evident in the dimly lit, musty hallways. While the room layout is commendable, the excessive closet space and outdated furnishings are noteworthy. Furthermore, improvements are needed; specifically, the pillows are insufficiently supportive, the shower enclosure is inconvenient, and complimentary slippers should be provided.

  Excellent location! Walking distance from all the tourist locations. You are pretty much in the center of Seoul. In terms of location, this is an excellent choice of hotel! I have been coming to this hotel for about 9 years, the rooms are larger than typical hotels and there is a washer/dryer in every room. It’s perfect for a family. It’s an average hotel with pretty much everything you need to feel like you are at home. If you go with no expectations, you will love your stay. In 9 years this hotel has updated its elevators, and some of the sofa cushions due to extreme peeling. So, it’s definitely not a new or updated hotel. We like it with all its pros and cons. No hotel will be perfect. Nothing is better than home sweet home.

  Location is great. Rooms are in need of major upgrades. Service is spotty. Amenities in the rooms are just pathetic. Lights are kept extremely low to save on electricity. Wifi can barely handIe a phone call. think I'm going to go buy my own linens tomorrow. Given we paid these people a large sum of money, they get one star.

  The place is nice because the location is good, professional workers and the rooms are big and very comfortable, with big living room and kitchen and nice view to the city. But it is important to note the rooms have only heating air conditioning, and even when closed the rooms are really really hot. For us we had to request air fans to be able to fall asleep. Also note there are no room services on Saturday and Sunday, you can ask for things you need though in the reception.

  The room has a washing and drying machine and an open kitchen. There are not enough toiletries in the bathroom. You must bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The counter staff is indifferent and asks too many questions. Their attitude is very impatient. Before the epidemic, there was a sauna room and a hot pool, but after the epidemic, the hot pool is gone. The website shows that it will be repaired in 2022 and will not be open for use until May this year, but...it is not. There is a sauna room, but the hot pool is gone. I feel really bad. The hotel facilities are getting worse year by year, and the service staff is getting worse every time. I spend money and feel miserable.
