::If this hotel was ever a 5-star, it isn't anymore. Had a 2 twin room with breakfast for 9 nights while attending a conference. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable (bedding was fine). To manage my pain from the bed I did pay the extra 18000 wan for the sauna. It was nice. The pool is extra and but the lounge was closed and looked like it had been for a while, so no free snacks as advertised on the website. The gym was free and nice, but I misplaced my room card while working out and the front desk was going to charge me 10000w to make a new one. I had a little meltdown down at yet another unnecessary upcharge on top of my already expensive room. The desk ended being kind and giving me the replacement card for free. The breakfast was fine and varied enough (although it never changed). However, 88000w for the dinner buffet is incredibly expensive (18000w for dinner is average) and the beer bar was awful - bad food and expensive but miss-poured drinks (the margarita was definitely a vodka drink). So plan on eating elsewhere. The lobby is sparse and unwelcoming. But everything is clean. A low-end 4 star hotel in a nice location but definitely not worth the price I paid for it.

::Amazing hotel with an amazing view to the park. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The staff was polite and helpful. I loved the breakfast and lunch buffet, although I was expecting more deserts... I would love to visit again.

::We flew in to ICN Airport in the early morning, but Delta mishandled our luggageโฆ So we checked into Orakai and waiting for Delta to deliver our luggage in the afternoon. I told the front desk receptionist Chloe, about the situation and asked her to notify me when the luggage arrived. Chloe really went above and beyond her normal responsibilities as a customer service rep. She called Delta baggage services trying to find out when will they deliver my luggage since I donโt speak Korean, but thereโs no answer. She came to knock my door in person when the luggage is finally delivered at 10 pm. She also helped me with the ATM and foreign exchange machine in the lobby so that I can pay the delivery guy. Overall speaking, I would say Chloe is the very best customer service person I have ever met so far in my life!

::Great location, very comfortable bed and good service. However the rooms are pretty warm and donโt get any cooler than 75F (24C) even though you can set it as low as 68F (20C). Also, the breakfast at the Level 19 was good, but the lunch and dinner are average and they serve the same thing for lunch and dinner every day.

::A proper hotel with spacious rooms and excellent gym facilities. The separate entrance fee for its swimming pool is a bit ridiculous โ why donโt you charge for air conditioner and elevator now? โ but it almost became the norm in the country so probably not just this one is to blame. Other than that, such a pleasant stay with wonderful park view and good accessibility to transportations.
