::I have stayed at this hotel for the past twenty years during my visits to Korea, and I have created wonderful memories here. The staff are exceptional, courteous, and polite, with special recognition for Kate Jung, the front desk manager, who is truly outstanding. Additionally, Chloe at the clubhouse was incredibly sweet. I greatly appreciate their hospitality and kindness. I look forward to being a guest at this hotel for many years to come.

::The room view of this hotel was amazing. I had a great view with Central Park. However, the price that showed as my stay when I booked it changed completely to a higher amount after check in. They have a lot of hidden fees that they don’t describe when booking your stay. I was disappointed that I paid extra 500$ and till this moment I don’t know what I paid for. The hotel reception people don’t speak English well, so it was hard for me to communicate with them. The breakfast buffet was okay. The gym was great, and clean. I also didn’t like how you had a certain amount of time to be in the pool. It wasn’t a pool where you relax and can be swimming all you want. You have to make reservation to use it beforehand, and only for an hour or so. It’s more like those swimming pools where you practice swimming back and forth from the lanes. The hotel itself was luxury looking, but it still lacked a lot of things to make it a 4/5 star hotel. The cleaning ladies were supper nice

::Never had this kind of services before as a Marriott gold member. So arrogant front desk agent Lacy, who was accusing the customer made mistake instead of helping how to solve the issue. It is not worth the money at all. Do not waste your money. I just find out the hotel is 5 star which service is not even there yet.

::The facility in hotel is really good, breakfast is diverse which could adapt well to guest. The service is good but I am sorry to make 2 stars to make an attention for the hotel because I have 1 concern: the customer service skill of one male receptionist. I did not remember his name but he has shaved beard. His attitude is like does not want to do any further services for guests, just want to do the basic one. When my friends came to ask him to confirm if they can have breakfast for free, he asked my friends many unrelated things and made the problem more complicated, then my friends gave up and did not have breakfast that day, while I can have breakfast normally. The other thing is, I asked him if we can leave our luggage in the hotel's lobby when we check out to come to Seoul just 1 day, then we will come back to take them in the next day. He said "No, we just hold the luggage for the guest who WILL STAY at the hotel". So that means even when we are spending a lot of money to stay in the hotel, that's not the matter for him? All the things he refused to support us, the female receptionists did it very well. 1 lady said no problems to spend our luggage in the hotel after checking out. I really appreciate that! I hope if the hotel's admin or leader can read this comment, please consider to coach the male receptionist again to make your service better.
