::The location is right off of the beach. Parking is a bit of a pain if you have a full sized vehicle. The other issue is that since the hotel is located on the beach, non-guests tend to use the hotel parking. This causes the issue of either parking on the street or parking across the road in the daily charge parking area. The rooms are decent enough. It gets a bit windy, so there tends to be a banging sound due to some of the outside partitions not being secured properly. Hotel staff are either not happy with their jobs or they are always a not-so-helpful bunch of people. Also, if you need "fresh" towels, you will have to head down to the front desk with your used towels. Aside from those couple of "issues," this hotel is decent enough to stay a couple of nights.

::Well,, the biggest lesson here is that I can't really trust all the reviews about hotel. If you hope to stay in a clean and comfortable place, this isn't the one. It is located right in front of the beach, so there were many people who were there for surfing and camping. The lobby area is not clean. So was the entrance area. Trash bins in front of the building were overflowing, and the inside was not fully renovated with uncomfortable smell. When we got inside of the room, which was renovated, the room was tiny and the bed sheet was not clean (with dust and hairs..). My parents in law were so angry because they charged them about $300 for a tiny room.. We would have felt fine if we had paid a half of the price.. but it was definitely overpriced and I won't recommend it to anyone unless they are young people who are interested in surfing and don't care much about the quality of the hotel.

::Stayed here 3 times. Omly the best experience and for a very good price. Great views of Soeraksan and the ocean. Lots of amenities such as a restaurant and GS25. Rooms are nice and even the cheapest room can accommodate 4 people. Cooking stove and fridge in every room.

::The room was large and clean. There are 1 king size bed and 2 single bed. The kitchen are surprisingly compacy and nice! So many kitchen utensils like rice cooker, double stove, 2 pans even sponge with the dishwasher soap. Pet friendly 🐶🐱❤ Really recommended to stay here again especially if you love beach and peaceful scenery 🥰
