::It's an old hotel. I'm not sure how it got the status resort. The sound proofing is bad. They don't give bath towels.

::We arrived at 1 pm and the only words the lady at the reception could say was: come back at 3 pm... And she turned her head back to her screen. The hotel was obviously very empty. It felt like a Eastern European hotel of 30 years ago: spacious, lack of service and no atmosphere whatsoever: vending machines at the reception, bright white lights. You got it. Excellent location close to the beach and express bus terminal. Bus stop to Seoroksan (line7-1) also nearby. Every 20 min, from 7am

::Large clean room with 2 showers. Close to express bus terminal. Also near bus stop for city bus 7 or 7-1 going to Seoraksan park 2-3 times per hour. Close to Sokcho public beach and some small restaurants. No direct beach access, you have to walk 4 blocks. Main road in front, construction zone behind. Not sure why it's called a resort. Restaurant was closed when I was there.

::Location is good but they don't clean the rooms properly. Sands were everywhere(in the room and bathroom) and looks like they don't mop the floor well either. Fridge and microwave had food stains that was so disgusting. Lots of things here were missing here. No washing machine, laundry stand and not enough furniture. We had trouble to dry our swimming suits after coming back from the beach

::This hotel doesn't have facilities for customers such as restaurants, shops, or a swimming pool. It is natural. There are convenient stores, shops, restaurants within less than 10 minute walking distances. It's shame that this seaside hotel does not have a swimming pool, it is understandable though. Korean climate does not allow year-round swimming outside. The hotel's underground parking lot leads to all floors through 2 brand new and spacious elevators. Don't need to worry about carrying luggage from parking lot.
