The only thing good about staying in this hotel is that it is near the beach. We stayed over for one night in Room No. C203. I don't know why but around 8 o'clock at night our room was filled with a strong smell of barbecue. At first we didn't care about it and went out to eat dinner. But when we came back, the whole room was filled with smoke and smell from the barbecue even though the windows were shut. When we went to ask the front desk, she told us that there was a barbecue nearby and asked us to open the windows and told sorry and did nothing more about it (they didn't even come to check it). There were no complementary coffee or tea as well, which I think is a pretty common thing in any Korean hotel. Anyway I am glad we just stayed for one day and not more than that.l

We stayed here one night while on our trip to sokcho. Rooms were simple but comfortable. There was a coffee house on the first floor of this building. The owners were very helpful and more than accommodating I would totally recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in sokcho.

Good place. Kind staff. Nice hotel. But extremely hard beds (owner gave us three blankets to use as extra matress).

This place was great. The rooms aren't fancy but they have a kitchen are spacious. The location is walking distance to the beach which is great. Also we didn't need a car and were able to take the bus and taxi at affordable prices to Seoraksan and the village. The owner was friendly and even gave us ice cream in his adjoined coffee shop. This place provided water too.
