  It's not clean, it's unkind. It's not soundproof. The room smelled of cigarettes and unpleasant. It says 5 people, but it is suitable for 3 adults to use. I booked another accommodation because I didn't want to use this room. the worst experience.

  I reserved the hotel room and paid for the reservation. Then the hotel sent me an email asking me to pay more than $100 more or they will cancel my reservation. Very bad customer service this hotel is a scam. BE CAREFUL BOOKING WITH THIS HOTEL!

  fantastic if you need to be in the main area. But you get what you pay for. Worth the money but only if you need to shop in the area.

  A very convenience hotel. There are all the traveler needs in the room. I love the phone charger with 3 different types of cable. If I know it before, I wouldn't bring my own charger. Location also great, I can shopping just walk around the hotel.

  They speak Japanese and Korean, not much English but enough so you can get what you need. I stayed in two rooms, 708 was great while 609 was not good at all (the bathroom didn't function properly and Wi-Fi was bad). The staff is friendly enough and try to help you where they can.
