  If you come to Sokcho you must stop here for food. Their naengmyeon is the best in the city.

  The atmosphere was noisy and the service was very good The taste was all good The store was neat as a whole The recommended menu is "가리국밥"

  It's an A+ for me, every time! I went today after a 3-year break. Still fantastic! I recommend the 아바이 순대 and the 황태낭면, but it's ALL amazing. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it, and the drive!

  Fantastic North Korea-style food in Abai Village, known for being a small settlement of refugees from North Korea after the war. The Abai Sundae (순대, not the ice cream dessert!) had a nice meaty flavor and the Hamheung Naengmyeon (Hamheung cold noodles) were the best Naengmyeon I've ever had in Korea. There's something to be said about the touristy nature of this area, but at least as far as the food here is concerned, it's worth it!
