::This is a restaurant I stopped by on my way to eat because it was said to be a good trout sashimi restaurant. If you add a lot of soybean powder to the vegetables and mix it with red pepper paste, it seems like the flavor of trout sashimi is all there. Just dip it in wasabi soy sauce and eat it. The texture is chewier and has a more savory taste than other places. 1kg 33,000 won plus spicy fish stew service... The taste of spicy stew is very refreshing.
