::!!READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING!! Don't get me wrong the ADVERTISED hotel rooms are beautiful. HOWEVER, the suits are falsely advertised as the singles suits. I wouldn't even call this the same hotel. They sold us a false dream. Absolutely disgusting I would never recommend this for anyone, even those I hate. These people are scammers. We booked through chase, on its travel website it was completely willfully miss advertised. Online it was said to have free wifi, a safe, and clean accommodations. Coming in it looks like something in a history book. Appliance's look like they haven’t t left the 1960's, our kitchen counter top is quite literally breaking into small splinters. The floors where the washer and dryers are lifting from what I can guess is water leakage/damage. I do not even want to think about what is underneath those floors. An absolute biohazard. Save your money DO NOT COME HERE! It is not a 5 star hotel I would compare it to be worse than a motel 6 in America. Our doors and door knobs are broken. Only pro I can say is its location, as it is close to the subway and bus station along with the "free water".

::Stayed here for a 1 week training workshop. I like this hotel! Like its name - grand and classy. Room are great! Spacious, clean and organized with king size bed, working table, sofabed, extra pillows, iron in the cabinet, bathrobes, fridge, etc. Their breakfast is good also! They serve smoked salmon and mozarella cheese everyday! They have coffee shop and convenience store inside. With gym although their swimming pool is under construction during my visit (March 2024) Location is the only downside because its about 30 minutes by bus to Myeongdong. Nearest subway is about 5-10mins by bus. Though they have their own bus stop which connects most to seoul and to the airport! Overally I definitely recommend this hotel!

::The residence 4 bedroom is in worst condition. They are not even a 3 star leave alone 5 star . The lift does not work . They dont have food service. Food in restaurant is bad . Amenities are not usable . Nothing works in this hotel . Nor recommended worst hotel .
