  I received treatment from 황세영 (Seyoung Hwang) in the emergency room and had a pretty awful experience. When I sat to get my vitals from another nurse, she was sitting nearby and starting asking me questions about my symptoms out of nowhere. She didn't introduce herself and seemed very nonchalant and cold. When she took me to the patient to examine me, she made me put my belongings on the floor and also made me lie on the medical bed without any protective covering. Her examination was quick and she never looked at my ear, which was one of the symptoms I complained about. When she told me to wait outside and I asked her where I should sit to be called on, still staring at her computer, she waived out to the patient room nonchalantly and responded coldly and in a condescending tone "anyone of the seats out there." When my test results arrived, she came and shared them in the waiting room in front of everyone and when I asked for her name she gave me attitude and said she didn't understand why her name was relevant to me (I had to force the front desk to give me a name to file a complaint). I'm not sure if it's because I am a foreigner, or what her deal was but overall she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the nurses didn't use gloves when taking blood samples and inserting IVs. When I asked them to use gloves, they said they that they use hand sanitizer and seemed annoyed when I insisted that they use gloves. I later watched one of those nurses take someone's blood, distribute it into different vials and get a bit of blood on his hand, and then quickly rinse his hands off to move on to other patients... In the end, I was handed a nearly ₩1Million bill for basically nothing. Definitely would not return here for emergency services.

  i've been a patient here for three years (for allergic asthma) and they've been consistently good. long wait times for your first appointment or for examinations (4+ weeks for busy departments) and more expensive than clinics but that's to be expected from university hospitals in south korea. nurses are polite. facilities are good. doctors seem knowledgeable. i spoke korean to them, so if you don't speak the language your mileage may greatly vary. i also had health insurance so be prepared to empty your wallet if you don't have a healthcare policy. lastly, if you're not legal permanent resident, you may not be getting the best care from them, since you mostly likely will not be a repeating customer. this goes for every hospital in korea.

  As of Dec 2022 this hospital does not accommodate breastfeeding for newborns. No rooming in allowed. There's only a one-person nursing room for the entire labor and delivery ward, so each mom is allowed one 30 min breastfeeding slot per day. Nurses and doctors are great but hospital policy is not.

  Mega modern hospital with stores and restaurants. Friendly staff great doctors. Highly recommend! First class and five stars.

  Inside of this hospital couldn't smell what I have been remembering in an ordinary hospital like alcohol or disinfectant. I just felt myself stand alone in the lobby of a hotel. The concept of a hospital has changed a lot than I had learned it when I was an architectural designer. Especially, there is a small church for taking Mass for patients and visitors. At the basement floor are a lot of good restaurants with fine atmosphere.
