  Quite a fantastic hotel stay, with plenty of amenities and comfortable room. Modern light and temperature controls, as well as strategically placed USB ports by the bed. The bidet toilet with heated seats is really nice! The shower/tub is a bit of a step to get in, so be weary of that and if any issues you should probably let the hotel front desk know.

  Very convenient location nest Myeongdong. The rooms are very clean and a full amenities kit was provided. The gym and quite well equipped however the ceiling in there was quite low.

  From the moment you step into Westin Seoul, the friendly team greets you to a grandeur lobby. The marble and furnishings infused with Westin signature White Tea compliment the property perfectly to provide a pleasant welcome. The perfect hotel to step away from the hustle and bustle of Seoul Downtown. Everything you expect from a Westin. While the hotel is looking aged and definitely need refurbishments not only in the rooms but in the common areas to live up to the Westin reputation. The service makes up for everything else. The concierge team is extremely helpful in not only providing much needed directions to navigate Seoul, they also provide personalized services to make reservations, assist with shopping enquiries and bridge the language barrier as seamless as possible. You will come to appreciate this if you struggle to understand Korean. A fantastic team that continually caters to guests needs at every opportunity to deliver a truly refreshing and comfortable Westin experience. I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet offering a seriously awesome variety of everything you could wish for to not just have breakfast, but to have a sensory overloaded meal.

  Convenient location, beautiful artwork in lobby, outdated rooms, in terms of technology, layout and lighting. Outstanding customer service. Staff always trying to solve problems. Very good at remembering guest needs from visit to visit - delightfully well organized. On the plus side service is good and has improved a lot on back of several competing 5 Star hotel openings over the past few years. Hotel staff have become warm, friendly and helpful. They make stays here pleasant and memorable, offsetting any infrastructure and technology drawbacks.

  Simply the best! I would like to thank the crew at the Guest Services for their tremendous help during my stay. - There were 5 of us and we have so many pieces of luggage and 5 staff from guest services helped us to load them all up into the Taxi and refused to be tipped. It’s exemplary service and having stayed in other Westin locations prior, we really appreciate their sincerity and professionalism shown by the staff in this property - I actually lost my laptop bag inside the Jumbo taxi after getting dropped off at the airport and they managed to quickly locate the driver and get the Driver to turn back within 35mins to the airport!! Very precise with their instruction and extremely assuring especially in a foreign country where many service staff are not English speaking - friendly, helpful and full of smiles every time you approach them throughout the stay (plus points - very handsome gentlemen) Thank you Westin Chosun! I’ll definitely visit you again when I’m in Seoul!
