  I visited because my small savings account was due. It felt really good. Money is money, but I was really happy with the bank staff's kind response. So much so that I feel the need to visit the bank often to save even a small amount of money. Thank you to employee Jeong Geum-soon, whom I somehow feel affectionate towards.
