  25.03.2017: it was opened around Mid of Jan 2017 and i was so eager to try it, the experience was quite good, felt cozy and liked it very much. Considerate facilities, reasonable price and room size, friendly staffs, nice ambiance, good location (right next to Novotel Gangnam), free city shuttle and late night ramen.. I have had stayed here ever since, highly recommended :)

  Arrived at the hotel in the morning after a 30 hour flight. Spoke to the front desk and was told by the front I'd have to wait until 3 pm to check in. Would have paid hald day but they wanted to charge me a whole night for a few hours. Was told my room was available but I'd have to pay a full night for checking in 5 hours early. Told everyone Id be waiting in the lobby until my room was ready and I checked every hour. While sitting there I see some non-koreans being allowed to check in. Upon inquiring they said check-in was still 3 pm. Waited another hour and saw more foreigners being checked in. So I ask this time in English and now all of a sudden my room is available. The first time I've been discriminated for speaking Korean in Korea. I guess they only want foreigners they can bamboozle. As a Million Miler and frequent business traveler I've never beennsp upset with a hotel. If you have no Korean blood in you and don't speak a word of Korean then this inn/motel is for you. No wonder I didn't see a single Korean guest. More like a youth hostel. Worth paying the extra money to stay at the Best Western or the Novatel across the street. Thanks for the great experience. Koreans stay away.

  Good value, clean and modern in a decent location (though it's a severe uphill hike from Gangnam Station). Its compact rooms are typical of Japanese business hotel chains. But it has cute touches like free sneaker rental if you didn't bring your own, and free ramen late to ease your late night hunger pangs.
