  I'm all ok with the noise and the room was clean. First when i arrived at might to check in, reception was so nice and kind. Then i check out and put my luggage at the lobby and came back again evening. I spent time at the lobby doing nothing just drink my own water and went to toilet twice. After my second time, the new reception who just came at 18:00 went to the toilet and locked it, i tried to use it again and then i went to ask him can i use toilet he told me to use it at the subway station. I dont know why i cannot use lobby toilet. It was so ugly to tell me to go the station with the face and the look he had on his face.

  The rooms were nice and comfortable but unfortunately the noise from the club was heard all night :( considering the price paid for two nights, I would’ve expected to not hear as much as I did.

  At first i was skeptical abt the location but it was very central. Close to the bus stop and a subway station at walking distance. Before arrival i had contacted them about requesting a higher floor after reading the reviews abt sound from the club and they were kind enough to accommodate my request and gave me a room on 9th floor for the entire duration of my stay. The noise is definitely there but for someone like me who is a light sleeper i was able to get through my stay without issues. It wasnt loud or bothersome on the 9th floor. Occasionally you will feel some vibrations but straight up loud music was never an issue. The front desk was super helpful and kind. I borrowed scissors that we could only use at front desk and also weighing machine to weigh my luggage. There is a convenience store next door so you will never go hungry. Across the road there is a olive young. room was a good size for seoul and the bathroom was even bigger was super happy with the choice. The toilet is a regular kind with no automatic bidet which was a let down so maybe thats something they can work on. The ac works fine. The tv is a good size and they had netflix logged in already but no disney+. They had towels of small and big sizes available. The hotel provides slippers and toiletries toothpaste shampoo cleanser etc. The reception had a microwave for hotel guests. You could request for room cleaning the day before by circling the room number on the book before midnight. We had it cleaned once they were thorough and gave water bottles as well. There is a blowdryer and kettle available in the room for use. They had charges fixed to the tables in room for iphone and android in case you dont have working ones. All my interactions with the front desk over 8 days of my stay were pleasant and helpful. They offer to hold your valuables at front in the locker. I was unable to book a taxi for airport with lots of luggage and the hotel staff helped me schedule one for 120,000 krw i paid for it with my card. They do have some construction going on the floors below so there is some noise during the day. But i was usually out during the day so wasnt an issue.

  This hotel is above my expectation! The hotel smell very nice. The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel also provides bath robe, slippers, toothbrush, body lotion, toiletries. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Good locations a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

  The room was spacious and clean, bathroom was also very big, staffs was helpful, location was great. The only thing that I don’t like was it is located above some clubs. On weekends it could get very loud.
